Amiga Highway to Hell

Amiga was a record label in East Germany, founded initially as Deuthsche Schallplatten Berlin on February 3, 1947. It became the Amiga label in 1955 and was then sold to BMG National Berlin in 1994. This happened with the dissolution of the German Democratic Republic. The label handled many types of music and many, many bands, AC/DC among them. Amiga's catalog consists of roughly 30,000 titles.

As it stands, the Highway to Hell album was released three times on vinyl, as well as two different times on cassette. While the track listing is the same as any other country's albums, the artwork is drastically different, much more so than the Australian cover art. The communist state censored the orginal cover and replaced it with a much more simple version, with the band logo taking up the majority of the cover and a semi circle on the bottom, with the album title in between the two.
